All product supplied can be installed by highly competent manufacturer-trained engineers, at fixed prices. Where possible, we will always encourage the customer to make use of the installation service, as there are several benefits to having the product professionally installed. We offer a comprehensive 6 stage installation service:
Delivery, Unpack and Inspect
Your new appliance is delivered by our engineers, within the two-three hour timeslot arranged with you. They will unpack the product and thoroughly inspect it. All the packing is taken back to our van for disposal.
Uninstall Old Appliance
The engineers with carefully uninstall your existing appliance ready to install the new machine.
Installation of New Appliance
The new product will be fully installed according to the manufacturers requirements. Our engineers will carry out a full installation, including fitting any furniture doors to built-in appliances.
Testing and Safety Check
As safety is paramount, our engineers will check the machine with a series of tests. All aspects of the installation and appliance are checked and double checked by both engineers.
Full Demonstration
Although you will be given the User Guide for your new appliance, our engineers will fully demonstrate your new appliance to you. If you have any queries or questions about the machine, they will be more than happy to help you.
Disposal of Old Machine
Finally, we dispose of your old appliance in an environmentally-friendly fashion.
