We are supplied with products directly from several manufacturers that are classed as "seconds".
• All products are provided with a full manufacturer's warranty
• All products are packaged in some form of packaging
• All products are brand new and have never been used

How do we get the graded products
People often wonder how we get the graded appliances. Here's a brief explanation of the journey from manufacturer to our warehouse.

Delivered by the manufacturer
Some appliances do not pass the very strict quality control and may have some minor marks or blemishes.
These appliances are delivered to our sister company directly from the manufacturer. Our sister company is a
Certified Reworking Centre and carries out the reworking under contract for the manufacturers.

Inspected inside and out
The original packaging is removed and the machine is fully inspected. They inspect the inside, the outside
and all the working parts.
If an item has damage that would affect the working of the appliance, it is scrapped. Only cosmetically-damaged
appliance move to the next step.

Blemished parts replaced
If the blemishes are very noticeable, the relevant panels will be replaced to make the machine more presentable.
The appliance is left with only minor marks or blemishes.

11 point safety check
Safety is paramount. Each appliance is rigorously tested and must meet the high standards set out by the
engineers. A fail on any one of the 11 safety checks means the appliance does not move on to the next stage.

Cleaned, packaged and guaranteed
This is the end for the appliance. It is thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out. It is then repackaged and
delivered to The Appliance Warehouse.
Every appliance comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
