Job description
The Appliance Warehouse is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join a young, hard-working team in the internet sales department. The successful applicant will be required to process orders generated from a retail website. The main duties will include taking payments, contacting customers to arrange deliveries, cross-selling and up-selling additional products/services, liaising with suppliers, delivery drivers, installers and the internet developers to ensure that the best possible service is provided to all customers.

Knowledge of internet navigation is essential, as is an understanding of Windows XP. Microsoft Office is also used within the organisation and experience with this package would be an advantage.

No previous experience in this area is necessary, but would be a benefit to applicants. Full training is offered.

Telephone Sales Advisor

Job description
The position involves selling spare parts for domestic electrical appliances over the telephone, direct to the public.

All sales calls are inbound and reactive, no cold calling is required. Experience is not necessary, as full training is provided. However, the successful applicant must be able to multi-task and process customer orders efficiently, accurately and quickly. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Adobe Acrobat is preferred, but training can be provided.

Applicants must be numerate, literate and a fast learner and must be happy working in a targeted environment.

Sales commission and bonuses are available.
